INSTRUCTION FOR CHINA BUSINESS VISA – FOR U.S. PASSPORT HOLDERS
Please send the following documents:
- PASSPORT: A valid and signed passport. Your passport must have at least six months valid from the date of intended
arrival in China and having at least two blank pages left); Amendment pages 22, 23, and 24 are not visa pages.
- CHINESE APPLICATION FORM: Download, 1 (one) Chinese visa application form, fully completed, signed and including contact information and hotel name and address.

- PHOTOGRAPHS: 1 (one) recent photograph, 2 inches x 2 inches, passport type.
- BUSINESS LETTER: A business letter from the applicant’s U.S. company address to Consulate of China. The letter must
state the following information:
• The precise purpose and description of the applicant’s assignment in China;
• Financial responsibility from the company;
• Dates of stay and hotel address, and if staying in various hotels provide a copy of each reservation;
• Name and address or Organization to be visited;
• This letter must be signed by a company official.
- INVITATION LETTER: An official invitation letter from the Chinese Government. Number of entries is based on the invitation provided by the applicant. This invitation needs to be issued by an authorized Chinese Department with a Government Seal on it. Invitations from companies in China are not always acceptable. The invitation letter may be faxed (for multiple entry business visas applicants only).
- FLIGHT ITINERARY: You must provide a copy of the round-trip ticket or flight itinerary.
- CONSULAR VISA FEE: Please make out a payment of $130 to Consulate of China.
(Money Order or Cash); personal and business/company checks are not accepted). This fee is for U.S. passport holders only. If you do not hold a U.S. passport, please contact us for the appropriate fee.
- SERVICE FEE: Our Service Fee is $50 per passport, (Cash, Money Order or Certified Check); no

- RETURN SHIPPING: You are required to cover the cost of returning your Passport with Visa. Please include postage payment or provide a
self-addressed paid envelope for the delivery service desired (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc). Returning your package via the U.S. Postal
Service is not acceptable.
- PROCESSING TIME: The time for processing a visa is 5 working days. No more express services is available.
